Party - Terms & Conditions
  1. Clown Around is available for parties at the following times: 4.30pm – 6pm and 5.30pm – 7pm. Therefore there will be a party crossover of ½ hour. Exclusive use is available on request and is subject to a minimum spend of £200. Weekday parties are subject to a minimum number of 10 children and at the weekend 15.
  2. Any child attending at party times but not included in party numbers will be charged for at normal play session rates.
  3. Socks and long sleeves must be worn when using play equipment. Socks can be purchased from the reception desk if necessary.
  4. A £25 non-refundable deposit is required within 2 weeks of booking. Confirmation of numbers must be received at least 48 hours before the party date. This confirmed number will be the minimum charged for, please tell us how many girls and how many boys will be attending the party.
  5. Injured or unwell children should not attend.
  6. “Rules of Play”, which are displayed at reception must be adhered to at all times.
  7. Adult supervision by parents/guardians must be to a ratio of 1 adult per 5 children.
  8. A Birthday cake is not provided, but should you wish to bring one we will cut it and wrap it to take home.
  9. Payment on the day is required by credit card/switch/maestro or cash. We Do Not Accept Cheques.
Bus - Terms & Conditions
  1. Clown Around Bus is available for parties between the following times: 10am – 8pm.Each booking lasts 1hour 45minutes (unless previously booked differently) The cost is £200 for no more than 16 children.
  2. Payment is required 7 days in advance by credit card/switch/maestro or cash. We do not accept cheques.
  3. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
  4. A Birthday cake is not provided, but should you wish to bring one we will cut it and wrap it to take home.
  5. Socks and long sleeves must be worn when using play equipment.
  6. “Rules of Play” must be adhered to at all times.
  7. Injured or unwell children should not attend.
  8. Only Party child’s Parent /guardian will be allowed on the bus and children will not be allowed to leave the bus without their Parent /Guardian being outside the bus.
  9. Toilet facilities are the responsibility of the party parent/s.
  10. In the unlikely event that due to mechanical breakdown, adverse weather conditions or other uncontrollable circumstances we are unable to turn up to the venue we will refund any monies already paid in full.
  11. We will require five parking spaces for the bus and would appreciate your vigilance with this so as to avoid obstructing other traffic
  12. The bus is available for booking in an area within 15 miles from Eccleston, Lancashire. To find out whether you are within reach click here
